It’s been a nice run. We began in 2005 when we moved to France and started The Frog Blog of Louis la Vache. Upon returning from France, the blog morphed into San Francisco Bay Daily Photo. When we moved to the Sacramento area, the blog changed again to the current format of ’56PackardMan.

Gary – Thank you for your comment and support. The wheels have come off of our lives with the covid lockdown here in the Peoples Republic of Calizuela. I’ve got to focus on getting us back on track and can’t spend so much time writing the blog. It was a good escape for me but I’ve got to face reality.

Saddened to hear but completely understand your family priorities. I learned so much from your “Gear Head Tuesdays” and from all the contributions from the community you created. I even saw my Persian Aqua/Dover White1956 Packard 400 in your “Last of the Detroit Packards” article! I was wondering why no 56packard cruising my email each morning. Now I see why. Sad to see. I’ll miss your inspirational postings with my morning cup of coffee each day but I do understand you decesion.
